SATURDAY 7th FEBRUARY
HELPERS NEEDED
Getting ready for the Sale and Clearing away afterwards
VOLUNTEERS LIFTING & CARRYING
FRI. 6th FEB. 3.15pm to set up tables and carry all goods off the stage into the middle room.
SAT. 7th FEB. From 8am. Volunteers needed to set up all other rooms.
SAT. 7th FEB. From 9.45am to 12pm Volunteers needed helping to sell goods.
SAT. 7th FEB. 12 o’clock Helping to clear away after the Sale. (This is when we need lots of helpers.)
If you are a regular helper but unavailable to help this time it is most helpful if you can let me know so that I can fill your place with any new volunteers.
