Any residents who require a Voter Authority Certificate should visit the Government website in the first instance – https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate.
If you are having issues with the portal or need additional support, please ask them to contact Bury Council’s elections team on [email protected] or call 0161 253 5252.
