Greenmount Annual Village Party
Dear All,
Just a reminder that our Annual Village Party takes place tomorrow Bank Holiday Monday 4th May 12 till 4pm. It would be great to see you there. The weather looks dry but chilly though should not deter us from coming together as a community and enjoying the afternoon.
There is plenty planned for you:
Village Green
Lots of activities on the village green for children to be occupied and we welcome all our stall holders and charity groups who are able to raise awareness of their great work. Visit our popular Tombola stall, and Soft Toy stall, which raises funds for Greenmount Village Community.
Old School
You will find a fabulous tabletop sale at Greenmount Old School with lots of bargains and a great café to take a rest and chat with friends, offering drinks and cake. A plant stall is also set up outside the old school. All funds raised at the old school will go into GVC funds.
Greenmount UR Church
Visit the Pop-Up Art Exhibition show casing work of local artists. A preview evening is organised for tonight Sunday 3rd May from 7pm till 8pm.
If anyone is donating cakes for the café, or plants for the plant stall, please drop them off at the old school from 10am
Hope you enjoy the preview evening and tomorrow afternoon.
Kind regards,
Julie Southworth
